DISTRICT POLICY AND RESOLUTIONS

The GVR Metropolitan District is governed by Title 32 of the Colorado Statutes, as well as self-governed policies established by the Board of Directors. The Board issues Resolutions to state its policy where needed for the benefit of the District and its operations.

 COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE!!!
The GVR HOA Community Garage Sale will be on June 8th & 9th. If you are going to participate, send an e-mail to: garagesale@gvrhoa.com. Homes who let us know they are participating will be included on a map that buyers can find on the website or at our office. Addresses must be submitted no later than 5pm on Wednesday, June 6th.
