As of January 1, 2011 the HOA and the Metro District have a newly approved Services Agreement which allows the District to perform the covenant enforcement and related work of the HOA for the community.  With an agreement tax dollars can be used to fund covenant enforcement.

 COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE!!!
The GVR HOA Community Garage Sale will be on June 8th & 9th. If you are going to participate, send an e-mail to: garagesale@gvrhoa.com. Homes who let us know they are participating will be included on a map that buyers can find on the website or at our office. Addresses must be submitted no later than 5pm on Wednesday, June 6th.
