LEGAL DOCUMENTS

As of July 2009 there is no longer a services agreement between the HOA and the Metro District which allows the District to perform the work of the HOA for the community. Without an agreement tax dollars can not be used to fund covenant enforcement. In the past it was requested to have all of the legal documents that came out during the litigation available for the public to review on this website. Due to recent significant changes on the HOA Board of Directors, we have removed these items from the website and hope to begin 2010 working towards a new services agreement and way to better implement the ideals of the 5A tax initiative passed in November 2007. If you would like to review any of the legal documents we invite you to call or write to us and let us know your request. Hard copies can be made available throughout our public information policy.

2010 Summer Concert Series

PROGRAM UPDATE:
SUMMER CAMP HAS STARTED!!! There are still a few spots available so come visit us today to get your children signed up! This year camp is being held at Green Valley Elementary School. Our camp is a great experience, come and participate today!

Coffee & Chat Club for Seniors & Active Adults

Please join us the last Friday of every month for the GVR Book Club. We will meet at the Adminitration Building located at 18650 E. 45th Ave. from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
