Large Item Pickup Service Calendar - Denver Solid Waste Management Collects large items, such as household furniture and mattresses, every 5 weeks from your neighborhood. Denver Water - all residential and commercial water use is coordinated directly through Denver water within the GVR Metropolitan District. City of Denver - many resources can be found withing Denver's very complete website. State of Colorado - The state's website can be an additional strong resource for residents of this community. Oakwood Homes - Being the main developer and home builder of homes within our community, Oakwood Homes can answer many of your home related questions. GVR Community Advisory Board - "PLEASE NOTE: THEY HAVE A NEW WEB SITE ADDRESS" Master HOA for Green Valley Ranch - Need to paint your house, put in new landscaping, or just want to know the rules and regulations of the Community to make sure you understand what it takes to be in compliance with the covenants of the area, contact this group for additional information.
