Registration Documents and Information

Please follow the directions below, complete forms in pen and deliver the signed originals to the GVR Administration Building at 18650 East 45th Avenue, Denver, CO 80249. A participant's "spot" in camp is not guaranteed until payment and all documents are received.

****Please remember to bring a copy of your child's immunization record when registering.  NO CHILD WILL BE REGISTERED until we receive this record.****
 

PLEASE fill out "ALL" pages of forms 1 & 2, even if that particular form doesn't apply to your child.  Please put N/A in the appropriate areas & sign where needed.

 COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE!!!
The GVR HOA Community Garage Sale will be on June 8th & 9th. If you are going to participate, send an e-mail to: garagesale@gvrhoa.com. Homes who let us know they are participating will be included on a map that buyers can find on the website or at our office. Addresses must be submitted no later than 5pm on Wednesday, June 6th.
