Andrew Pimental, District Manager Public Notices and Upcoming Events: GVR Metropolitan District Board Election results New District Service! The District has recently rolled out a new service for the Green Valley Ranch Community. We proudly announce the creation of the Green Valley Ranch Hotline. This message line will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Use it to report items you see within your community (like leaky sprinkler heads), use it to report unsightly issues within the community that you would like to see changed or repaired (like areas where property fence damage has occurred), or use it to leave a message on items that you would like follow up on (like what is the timeline for the new library and where is it going to be, etc?) A District staff member will follow up with you to provide you the answer or point you in the right direction to speak to those that manage certain amenities, etc. Please note, that if you don't leave your contact information, we won't be able to follow up with you! To be most effective, we ask that if you are calling to report specific HOA covenant violations, that you contact your HOA directly at the phone numbers below: Master HOA for Green Valley Ranch (for anyone living SOUTH of 48th Ave.) CALL Joyce @ 720-473-5400 MSI (for anyone living NORTH of 48th Ave.) CALL Loretta @ 303-420-4433
